Here is my two cents on the uncommon baby names you have listed first. When you go for a name like Etoile, not everyone will be able to pronounce it...unless you are in a French speaking country so just be careful. I've always like the pairing of uncommon names and common names so you can always do something like Rosalyn Etoile, Delen Alyson, etc. :) Good luck!

Delen is my favorite. It's so unique and beautiful! Evie is my second favorite. Great choices!
I met a girl in college named Asha and have always thought the name was really pretty. I also like Evelyn, especially since all the nicknames are pretty sounding.
I like Evelyn. Its classic and feminine.
Etoile - It has a very pretty name, but reminds me of Toilet Paper.

Delen - is cute. Maybe Dylan or Della.

Lita - I don't like it.

Asha - It's alright, I guess. Not the best.

Lillian - Cute but every girl born in the next year will be Lillian.

Allison - I really like it. And I like Allie too.

Rosalyn - Cute. I like it.

Evelyn - I don't necessarily like the name, but I love the nicknames.

Unfortunately all of them have the "en" sound at the end so you couldn't really combine them for first and middle names

Have you considered Lilia or Lilya?
Etoile- too hard to pronounce for a first name. If you really like it you can use it for a middle name.
