Russian/Ukranian baby names?

For a screenplay, two boy and two girl names needed. Traditional or modern. Name meanings too, if you have them.

ALSO: How are middle names chosen in Russia/Ukraine/USSR?Russian/Ukranian baby names?
Males - Semyon (Simon) %26amp; Mikhail (Michael)

Females - Elena (Helen) %26amp; Katja (similar to Katie)

I know people from this part of the world with these names. See behindthenames for more first names. Naming patters is below, too. See surnames.behindthename for surnames.Russian/Ukranian baby names?
There is NO middle names in Russia/Ukraine. We have name+patronymic (possessive adjective from the name of father, father's name+suffix) and last name. Patronymic is not equal middle name. For example in travel passports of Russians they just omit patronymic because international format of names asks only name-middle name-last name. And in many official forms when they ask "name-middle name-last name" it would be correct to fill in only "name" and "last name".

Those who use their patronymics instead of middle name are technically mistaken (from linguistic point of view), because they are different things.
If it would be the same if English-speaking people should call themselves:

Jane Alexanderson Smith
Anne Tylerson Thomas
Cameron Timothyson Brown
etc...
It id definetely not English way of speaking.

Read on Internet about patronymic, they give many examples for different names, and you may choose what you like.Russian/Ukranian baby names?
