What do you think of these baby names?

I'm not pregnant, but a friend of mine who was thinking of what to name her would-be baby boy got me thinking. What do you think of these names? (Note: name meanings were derived from babynamesworld.com)

For baby girls, I thought of the following:

1. Kassandra Elise (the meaning is quite contradictory, Kassandra means 'she who entangles men', and 'Elise' means 'God is my oath'... I thought of this combination because I like the nickname Kaylie)

2. Sofia Amara (means eternal/unfading wisdom)

3. Leticia Reneé (Leticia is the name of an aunt of mine who passed away several years ago. I consider her as my second mom, so I thought it would be cool to have my kid named after her. Leticia also means joy, while Reneé means reborn. Even if I take Leticia literally, it would mean, Leticia reborn)

For baby boys, I only have two so far:

1. Uno Matteo (Uno literally means first in Spanish, while Matteo means 'gift of God... so combined it's first gift of God)

2. Eugene Andre (means well-born man/warrior)

What do you think? What do you think of these baby names?
1. Kassandra Elise- the meaning of Kassandra is quite fitting IMO, my husband's ex step-daughter is named Kassandra Dawn, and she is a very promiscuous teenage girl! Elise is beautiful, and is my sister's middle name (Caroline Elise), i love the name Elise. I dislike Kassandra.

2. Sofia Amara- though Sofia (Sophia) is very common lately i do like it, and prefer the spelling Sofia as well, which is actually the traditonal spelling. Amara is cute, but i wouldn't use it personally.

3. Leticia Renee- the meaning and the use of this name to honor your Aunt is very touching and just perfect. I love the name Leticia it's a smooth sounding name and quite elegant. Renee, though common is a nice name.

1. Uno Matteo- i live in Texas which borders Mexico, and there are many Mexican Americans in our state, for me Uno means ONE, as in the number. and i don't like it. it would be like naming a baby One, or Seven or something. Matteo i love.

2. Eugene Andre- Eugene is a bit too old fashioned for me, though i do love classic names (Edward, Henry, etc.), Andre is adorable.
Kassandra Elise - Trashy ugly spelling of the beautiful name Cassandra. Elise is lovely. Cassandra Elise is much prettier.

Sofia Amara - I don't like that spelling of Sophia. Sophia Amara is much prettier.

Leticia Reneé - Pretty name.

Uno Matteo - I don't like Uno. Matteo is great.

Eugene Andre - Don't like Eugene. Andre is ok.What do you think of these baby names?

My faves are Kassandra and Euegen (My uncle's name)

Ignore "Megan Jayana Hodgins" She don't know anything about baby names.
I love Leticia Renee and your meaning behind it would mean so much to you

Its an amazing name and it has meaning behind it. Its not just some random name you picked.
i only like Sofia and Elise
I hate the name Elise

I love the name Sofia!
there ok i guess but consider the spelling for the child later when in school
HIDEOUS..really they are ALL ugly, no offense..and learn to spell
Well my oldest daughters name is Cassandra Marie i prefer it with the C not the K.Kaylie is not a nick name for Cassandra-- Cassie is or even Cathy or Sandy.I do not care for Kaylie just my opinion,i love Elise very cute!

Cassandra Elise beautiful-- nick name Cassie.

Leticia Renee is also very nice.I had a fiancee with a little sister named Letitia, very cute i think and my daughter was named after her grandfather Stephen-- Stephanie Renee so i like the meaning -a flower or garland reborn.

For boys

I prefer

Andre Matteo

Uno to me is not a name but a number as number one.

Eugene is ok

maybe

Eugene Matteo

Good luck!
That's kind of cute that you're trying to make the names mean something, but I'm not all about how they sound together. Like Uno, I personally could never name my kid that. Whenever I said his name I'd feel like I was in Spanish class or something. And Eugene, I think everyone would agree that Eugene is the dorkiest name you could ever use. When you think of nerds, the name Eugene pops into your head, or at least it does for me. The girls names are little better, and I really like the reason behind number three.

Don't take any of that offensively, I'm just giving you my honest opinion :)
