Can someone help me with BABY NAMES?

I need some websites that can give me a list of baby names and meanings, like the ones in the 10,000 baby names book. Any help?Can someone help me with BABY NAMES?
I like http://www.babynamesworld.com/ because you don't have to have a name picked out. They just give you a list of all kinds of names(11,000 actually) and the origins and meanings. They also have a rating system that will help you chose your names(they are actually ratings from the visitors of the site). They also have a forum with "naming experts" that will give you advice on a name.

If you simply put 'baby names' in a search engine, you'll find hundreds of different sites. The reason I like the one listed above is that you can type in a name and if it's in the database, it'll tell you the origin and the meaning.

well, don't know how much this will help but do you have any favorite characters from books or movies? any favorite celebrities or people that you greatly respect in history or now? anyone in the family who has a cool name that you could use? that's the kinds of things i'd be trying to think about.

Try typing in "baby names" on your search engine. There should be a bunch of different web sites to look at other than the ones you listed. I usually go to Ask.com and use them to find subjects I am looking for. Good luck and God bless on your new born

you don't need a book or web site. you will find your babies name when you least expect it. for my son i was reading the paper and i saw it, ETHAN. it just jump out to me and i knew. as for my daugther, ethan had me up at 3am watching tv. and iheard her name on tv AVA. but my husband liked EVA, i let him name her. so we have an ethan and eva.
