Name: Aden

Gender: Boy

Origin: Gaelic

Meaning: Little fire

Origin: English

Form of: Aidan

thats the closest I have
It's Gaelic/Irish and means "little fire" - but in my world it means "overused."
I'm pretty sure it means, "Firey". Also, it's Irish.

My brother who is 6 years old is named Aiden.
It's irish and means little fire or firey spirit.
Aaden doesn't have a meaning -- would you really say this ODD-en, given the double A beginning? ;) -- but I realize some (Jon %26amp; Kate + 8 fans, perhaps? LOL) have used it as a random misspelling of Aidan, the proper Anglicization of Celtic Aodhan/Aedan.

Properly-spelled, Aidan -- or older forms Aodhan and Aedan -- quite literally translate to "little fire" (from the "fire" root plus diminutive -an -- NOT -en -- suffix), and can carry the implied meaning "born of fire." It's also the name of a saint. ;)

You can find more info on the very-accurate sites below. It's not linking them for some reason, however, so I've put simply the main page and you can search for Aidan, Aodhan or simply Aodh on the first, and just go to boy names A-C (it's the first entry) for the second.

Hope that helps!
You can also spell it as Aidan Which i think is a better way of spelling it.
